tonight was the season premiere of gilmore girls. now, most people are huddled
in front of their wegas watching buffy, but the adelphi penthouse will not
tolerate such behavior. the opening sequence had lorelei kissing luke but
it turned out to be a dream! we were had! once those 60 minutes were over,
our apartment was so sad, we had to go drink beer to make ourselves feel
better.
i love my coffee cart man. he is so nice and always says "haveaniceday"
without fail! yesterday he gave me a free donut, even though i kept telling
him i didn't want anything. sometimes he'll see me getting out of the subway
across the street and have my coffee ready when i get to the cart. he makes
me happy.
last night andrew
took me to see the 11pm showing of hooray for america - the live stage show
of bob and david
as a belated birthday gift. there were some truly brilliant moments - the
indomitable spirit sketch being one of them.
i had to take an evening siesta, a disco nap if you will, so i would be
nice and chipper for the event. boy, there are a lot of loud comedy fans
in new york. that is the nicest possible way i can describe them.

i have a cold. funny things are coming out of my nose.
just a few moments ago, i made my first goldbox amazon purchase. basically
they give you 60 minutes to get in on the "deal" and put even
more pressure by saying if you don't get it now, it's gone forever. it's
too much pressure for one too bear. in 5-9 days i'll be receiving my 8 piece
calphalon cookware set. ok, time to watch the last bit of the emmys.

we saw mark
webber outside nycicy the other night. even though he filmed storytelling
in aaron's apartment, aaron was too shy and i too shy and irrelevant to
say hi.
it's ok to have a crush on someone born in the 80s, right? p.s. i had my
usual FDNY red cherry water ice.

had a special surprise guest visit last night. she has a new favorite human.
