don't go breaking my heart

Don't go breaking my heart
I couldn't if I tried
Ah, honey, if I get restless
Baby, you're not that kind
Don't go breaking my heart
You take the weight off of me
Ah, honey, when you knock on my door
Ooh, I gave you my key
Ooh-hoo, and nobody knows it
When I was down
I was your clown
Ooh-hoo, and nobody knows it
Right from the start
I gave you my heart
Ooh-hoo.. I gave you my heart
So don't go breaking my heart
I won't go breaking your heart
Don't go breaking my heart
And nobody told us
`Cause nobody showed us
And now it's up to us, babe
Ooh I think we can make it
So don't misunderstand me
You put the light in my life
Oh, you put the sparks to the flame
I've got your heart in my sights
Ooh-hoo, and nobody knows it
When I was down
I was your clown
Ooh-hoo, and nobody knows it
Right from the start
I gave you my heart
Ooh-hoo.. I gave you my heart
Don't go breaking my heart
I won't go breaking your heart
Don't go breaking my heart
Ooh-hoo, and nobody knows it
When I was down
I was your clown
Right from the start
I gave you my heart
Ooh-hoo.. I gave you my heart
Don't go breaking my heart
I won't go breaking your heart
(Don't go breakin' my, don't go breakin' my)
Don't go breaking my heart

that Bernie Taupin is some lyricist isn't he?
Do you prefer to sing the Sir Elton or Kikki Dee part?
kiki dee! what sort of question is that weasel?
My third grade teacher (Mrs Mashiter, where are you now?)looked a lot like Kiki Dee.
Bowles, you were never in the 3rd Grade- you were a Primary School 3rd year. Standards, boy, standards (D.L. warned us about trying too hard to be understood or to please...)
As a young lad I always mixed "Don't go Breaking My Heart" up with all those Meatloaf ballads. Bibimbop, when I make it to NY there needs to be a collaboration on a Meatloaf/Elton John mash-up.
are there karaoke bars in maine?
Hella yes! (We have electricity and pizza and cable tv and colleges and paved roads and artists and philosophers and writers and no traffic too. Do you have trees and sky in Brooklyn? You can't tell from the pictures). Up in Bar Harbor (where I used to live) karaoke king Pistol Pete takes his traveling roadshow around all the pubs and bars so that you could, in theory, sing every night in a different setting. I do a mean version of Reba McEntire's "Fancy" in the voice of CJ McCall
